Below are instructions to guide you through replacing your countertop unit's wire harness.
1. Unplug the unit, remove the front panel, and disconnect the control board.
2. Remove the top tank.
3. Please see attached pics for the screws that need to be removed to take ZIP apart. I would suggest taking off the screw located behind the top tank first. Then carefully placing zip over the edge of the table/counter so that the bottom screws are accessible from the bottom and zip is in the upright position.
4. Once all the screws are out, you will be able to slide out the metal frame from the plastic shell halfway. There will be wires and tubing connecting to the front of the plastic shell that will need to be disconnected to free the frame and remove it from the body altogether.
5. Once the frame is out, all the connections are easily accessible. Take pictures of the connections that will be disconnected so they can be replicated with a new wiring harness. Disconnect all the connections and replace with new wiring harness.
6. Reverse the steps above.
