Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on most orders within the continental United States.
  • Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by location but usually take 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
  • We also ship to Canada (shipping rates calculated at checkout).

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 1-year satisfaction guarantee on our water systems. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 1 year and we will work with you to make it right.
  • To start a return, contact our customer service team. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis to make sure we find the best solution for you.
  • Replacement filters and parts are generally non-returnable once opened, unless there is a defect.

Warranty

  • Water filter systems (ZIP, U1, Flash): 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Whole house systems (OnliSoft, Carbon Filter, Water Softener, Well Filter): Industry-leading lifetime warranty. Electronic and mechanical control valves are warrantied for 7 years.
  • Extended warranties are available for select products like the refurbished ZIP and the U1.

Damaged in Shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the damage and packaging, then contact us right away. We will get a replacement sent out as quickly as possible.
